Can I migrate my online community to Glynk?
Yes, and very easily. We’ll help you import all your contacts from your existing community platform to Glynk. We’ll help seed content as required.

How is MAU calculated?
Any user who has visited the app at least once a month would be counted as an active user for the month.

What happens if I hit my MAU limit?
Once you hit your MAU limit, you would be charged for overage. In order to avoid overage charges, we will inform you as you approach your monthly active limit. You can upgrade your plan for better pricing as your MAUs increase.

What is the difference between Glynk community, Pro and Enterprise plans?
With Glynk community, you get all our community features that include a personalized activity feed, modern chat & messaging features, hosting events and meetups.
With Glynk pro, you get your own white-labeled branded app hosted on play store and app store.
